Artist Statement

As a photographer Kevin has worked with wide assortment of people and subjects and everything he does in regards to this art form fullfills or rather expresses his need for a direct union with each of these subjects. His photography is a direct extension of his spirituality and relationship with a higher power and every project is approached with care and sensitivity as well as a sense of contemplation. His mission as a photographer is to portray both the contemplative nature of reality and the inner conflict of spirit and flesh. Beauty, Contemplation, Contradiction, Ecstasty, Prayer, Passion, Religiosity, Repression, Sensuality, Spirituality. His art and his life summed up in as little as ten words.
